Unfortunately, you are correct. Oracle's Crystal Ball was designed for the Windows version of Excel, and CrossOver is (unfortunately) unable to tell Crystal Ball how to work on the Mac OS X version of Crystal Ball instead of the Windows version. You are going to want to run Crystal Ball and the Windows version of Excel in the same bottle.
